In 1997 The M.P.S.
started offering memberships to an exclusive members only collectors
club. The cost to join the club was $10.00 for a one year
membership. Perks included members only chat rooms, password
protected web-sites, a quarterly newsletter, bi-weekly e-mail
newsletter, and the camaraderie of a close knit group of friends.
While the M.P.S. had hundreds upon
hundreds of fans from all over the world, we only had around 60
official members that joined the club. After a couple of years,
I discontinued offering M.P.S. memberships due to time constraints in
my personal life. There was really strong support at the time
and I probably could've kept the club going for quite a while, but I
just couldn't buy out the time to do so.
Below is a list of all the original
M.P.S. members, as well as their respective membership numbers.
Each individual number represents the order that each member entered
the organization. For instance, Jason Raniecki's number 005
meant he was the fifth person to join the club. Most
of these people listed below pushed the hobby along, and helped it grow into what
you see today.
