10 Pack floor display

This fine piece is from my personal collection, and was my most recent M.U.S.C.L.E. find.  A very ingenious M.U.S.C.L.E. four pack store display which was made to look like a wrestling ring.  The display holds 144 four packs, and stands about four feet tall.

In the 90's, I must have bought hundreds of 4-packs from a toy dealer in Oregon that I used to know.  Just out of curiosity I dropped him an e-mail asking if he had any type of M.U.S.C.L.E. items still available.  To my surprise, he said that he had an empty display in excellent condition complete with factory shipping box, and instructions for assembly.  This great piece now sits in the corner of my office in my designated "M.U.S.C.L.E. Shrine".  This is a valuable lesson that every toy collector should take to heart, and one I live by... it never hurts to ask!

M.U.S.C.L.E. 10 Pack Counter Display

These counter top displays held twenty four of the 10 pack Garbage cans.  I bought a lot of the original pink ten packs from these displays when the toy line first came out.  I didn't particularly care for the colored M.U.S.C.L.E.'s, but there were a few of my favorite figures that I wanted in color, so I stuck with buying 4 packs from that point on.

M.U.S.C.L.E. Store Shelf Tag

This is a store shelf tag from 1985. These were hung on the upper shelves in toy aisles to grab the attention of passers by.  Both sides of the tag have the same picture on it, so people walking from either direction could see it. As you can see.. the artwork is very similar to the pictures featured on the Nestle' Quik Can promo.
